Our first step is make sure your internet connection is working well. Please run the following two tests and report if there are any problems. Thanks!
The “Network Test” checks your speed, latency, and the protocols the network you are connected to supports.
The “Video Test” checks the video capabilities of your device. You need to push the Start Button at the top right of the window. Hopefully all the tests ran successfully, if they didn’t please email your results to us so we can resolve the problems before the event. Just before the event please check everything again.
Once we have established that you have a good connection you may then go into your dressing room.
When you first enter your dressing room you are there by yourself. This is the time to adjust your lighting and your appearance before you go to one of the rooms in the virtual venue.

Once you are satisfied with your appearance it is time for you to enter your performance room.
To enter the performance room enter your Name and the Room Name. The room names are case sensitive. Anyone can create a new room by entering a room name and joining it. You may share the room name so that others can join you. The room system will be used for segmenting and transmitting multiple channels of audio and video. Normal music recording will require the use of a minimum of two rooms and therefore two devices. One will be for the click track or monitor, the second for your microphone or instrument out. It is best if these devices are wired and not wireless.
